Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver hospitality-driven service in a NYC branch. You will greet clients, open accounts, and assist with everyday banking, including mobile and online tools.

Build trusted relationships while educating customers on products and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with team members to meet client goals, handle branch operations, and support cash handling in a secure environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Fluent English and Cantonese are required.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment and greet clients as they enter the branch.
• Open accounts and perform account servicing in line with policies.
• Educate clients on Chase mobile app, Chase.com, and ATMs for transactions.
• Build trusted client relationships by listening and supporting needs.
• Support branch operations and cash handling in line with bank procedures.
