Job summary

Woodforest National Bank is seeking a Branch Banker in Jacksonville, NC to build and grow customer relationships through thoughtful service and proactive promotion of banking products. You will assist with account openings, respond to inquiries, and guide customers through digital banking tools in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

The role emphasizes ownership of customer outcomes, integrity in processing transactions, and collaboration with branch teammates to meet sales and service

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of relevant retail sales and/or customer service experience
Fluency in English and Spanish
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work flexible or extended hours based on retail branch needs
Willingness to accept coaching and feedback

Responsibilities

Identify customer needs and recommend banking solutions
Achieve individual sales goals through referrals and outbound marketing
Assist customers with account openings and service requests
Provide warm, efficient service in a fast-paced retail environment
Explain banking products and digital tools clearly to customers
