Job summary

Woodforest National Bank is seeking a Branch Banker to serve as a frontline ambassador, delivering the Woodforest Experience and building retail customer relationships with excellent service. You will market products, process deposits, and support digital banking tools in a fast-paced branch setting.

The role emphasizes ownership, integrity, and community engagement, with a focus on achieving sales goals while maintaining compliance and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of retail sales and/or customer service experience.
• In-store retail banking experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to accept coaching and feedback.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Take personal responsibility for delivering strong retail performance by identifying customer needs and recommending banking solutions.
• Demonstrate ownership in resolving customer inquiries or concerns at first contact with internal partners as needed to ensure timely resolution.
• Open and maintain deposit accounts and consumer loan products with accuracy and compliance.
• Follow branch security procedures and flexibly support additional retail branch duties as assigned.
