Qualifications

• 2+ years of dealership service advisor experience, GM preferred
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred, valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and write accurate repair orders
• Explain inspection findings and recommend maintenance and repairs
• Coordinate with technicians and shop foreman
• Keep customers updated on status
• Handle warranty, customer-pay, and internal work
• Maintain strong CSI scores
