Miami Lakes Chevrolet in Miami Lakes, FL is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor for our main service drive. This full-service advisor role focuses on greeting customers, writing repair orders, and communicating inspection results, with coordination to the shop team.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of dealership service advising (GM preferred), proficiency with CDK or similar DMS and digital inspection tools such as myKaarma, strong communication and sales skills, and bilingual

Qualificações

• 2+ years of dealership service advisor experience, GM preferred
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred, valid driver's license

• Maintain strong CSI scores.

Requirements
