Job summary

Miami Lakes Chevrolet in Miami Lakes, FL is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor for our main service drive. This full-time position focuses on delivering quality customer service, writing repair orders, and guiding customers through maintenance recommendations.

You will coordinate with technicians and foreman, explain inspection findings, and manage warranty and internal work while maintaining strong CSI scores.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dealership service advisor experience (GM preferred).
• CDK or similar DMS and digital inspection tools such as myKaarma.
• Strong communication and sales skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
