Miami Lakes Automall in Hialeah, FL, is seeking a skilled Service Adviser/Writer to join our service department. You will coordinate between customers and technicians, verify service needs, and prepare repair orders with clear cost descriptions and symptoms.

In this role, you will maintain professional communication, provide expert advice on additional services, and help drive CSI scores while contributing to a positive, customer-focused service environment.

Qualifications

• Previous Automotive Service Adviser experience, 2 years minimum.
• Proven track record of above average Sales and CSI scores.
• DealerTrack experience helpful.
