Frank's GMC, a proud GMC franchise and family-owned dealership in Lyndhurst, NJ, seeks a highly motivated Experienced Bilingual Automotive Sales Representative to join our team. Fluency in Spanish is required, along with excellent communication and a proven sales track record in trucks.

Responsibilities include helping clients select vehicles, test drives, negotiating pricing/financing, and building long-term relationships within our diverse community. Saturday hours apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales, GMC experience a plus.
• Fluency in Spanish is required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with diverse customers.
• Ability to negotiate pricing and financing options to close deals.
• Clean and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with selecting and purchasing vehicles that fit their needs and budget.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients
• Explain vehicle features and benefits and conduct test drives safely
• Negotiate pricing and financing options to close deals
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM
• Collaborate with team to achieve dealership goals
• Ensure a smooth buying experience for bilingual customers
