Job summary

Buick GMC of Beaverton is actively seeking a Sales Representative to greet customers, present vehicles, and conduct test drives. You will build relationships, follow a structured daily plan, and work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends to meet customer demand.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish, 1+ year in automotive sales, and a valid driver's license. Compensation is commission-based with earnings potential from $70,000 to $200,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English/Spanish required.
• 1+ year automotive sales or sales experience preferred.
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a prompt, friendly and professional manner.
• Provide professional product presentations to all customers.
• Offer and accompany customers on vehicle demonstration ride(s).
• Develop and prospect new business continuously.
• Gather customer contact and interest information and enter into CRM.
• Schedule customer appointments daily and follow up on sold/unsold customers.
• Assist during the write-up process to ensure a smooth experience.
• Maintain knowledge of product information, pricing, and promotions.
• Attend daily sales and training meetings and participate in driving customer satisfaction.
