Frank's Truck Center, Lyndhurst, NJ, is hiring a Full Time Service Advisor to join a fast-paced, customer-driven dealership. You will greet customers, manage service orders, and liaise with technicians to ensure timely repairs.

We value strong communication, invoicing skills, and vehicle knowledge. CDK experience is a plus, with opportunities to grow in a long-established, family-owned operation.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years service advisor/writer experience in auto or truck dealership.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Computer and organizational skills.
• Invoicing and vehicle knowledge.
• CDK experience preferred.
• Fleet experience a plus.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus.
• Technical school/training a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.

• Constant communication with technicians to ensure proper services and timely completion of repairs.
• Opening repair orders and invoicing.
• Closing repair orders and taking payments.
• Vehicle parts and service knowledge.

We are fast paced customer driven dealership seeking a reliable, self motivated person with excellent communication skills to add to our exceptional Service Department.

Frank's Truck Center is a full service dealership for GMC, Freightliner, Hino and Izuzu vehicles including sales, service and parts.Since 1930 Frank's Truck Center has been serving the truck industry with honesty and integrity.

Some Job Responsibilities are:

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Schedule appointments and manage service orders
• Liaison between the customers and technicians
