Job summary

AutoLeap Inc. is seeking an Implementation Consultant to empower shop owners to adopt and maximize AutoLeap's platform. You’ll train customers, guide successful implementations, and serve as a trusted advisor with hands-on on-site support when needed.

This role is primarily remote with opportunities for on-site support at strategic accounts; travel may be required. You’ll collaborate with product teams to translate customer feedback into meaningful improvements and drive customer success.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in software implementations.
• Passion for helping others succeed and a dedication to customer satisfaction.
• A strong track record of achievement in previous roles.
• Bring your own unique skills and perspectives to the team.

Responsibilities

• Empower Customers: Train shop owners and their teams on how to effectively use AutoLeap
• Manage Relationships: Build strong relationships with customers and own their implementation outcomes
• Become an Expert: Develop a deep understanding of the automotive industry and become a trusted advisor to your customers
• Provide On-Site Support (as needed): Offer in-person support and training to strategic accounts (ability to travel).
• Provide Feedback: Champion your customers internally by sharing their feedback with our Product team
• Collaborate: Work closely with your peers to continuously improve our processes and operations
