Job summary

HireLatam is seeking a remote Automotive Sales & Customer Support Representative to manage and grow B2B relationships for US clients from a Latin America-based location. You will focus on wheels and rims while maintaining organized contact logs and professional follow-ups in a high-volume environment.

Ideal candidates have automotive knowledge, fluent English, and comfort with outbound outreach. This role is 100% remote with a base salary plus a performance bonus, working Monday–Friday PST hours.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the automotive sector and aftermarket accessories.
• Excellent spoken and written English for US business communication.
• Comfortable making outbound calls to business customers.
• Highly organized and able to manage a large contacts database remotely.
• Quiet home office setup and reliable internet connection.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outreach to existing business accounts to build relationships.
• Identify key decision-makers and uncover product needs for premium automotive accessories.
• Maintain accurate customer profiles and follow-up schedules to ensure retention.
• Communicate with US decision-makers in clear English and support Spanish-speaking accounts as needed.
