Job summary

Entrega is seeking an Automotive Retail Implementation Advisor to craft customized implementation solutions for dealer systems, coordinating with the Entrega Digital Retail Manager and OEM stakeholders, and managing timelines to optimize software use post-launch.

The role requires strong communication, project management, and technical aptitude across DMS, CRM, and digital retail tools, with on-site in Troy, MI and remote flexibility in Texas, plus up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 4 years in sales, account management, project management, or related client-focused roles.
• Minimum 1 year automotive retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work onsite in Troy, Michigan with Texas remote option and up to 25% travel.

Responsibilities

• Client engagement with OEM stakeholders to tailor OEM software solutions.
• Manage implementation timelines and escalate blockers to ensure milestones.
• Create customized communication plans between Dealer, Entrega Digital Retail Manager, and OEM teams.
• Own technical solutions and leverage dealer systems for optimal configuration.
• Analyze software utilization and drive performance improvements post-launch.
• Coordinate data and insights for the Project Delivery team across dealer network.
• Perform other tasks to support organizational success.
