Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in-store simultaneously.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting merchandise.
• Support managers and installers in serving professional customers as needed.
• Handle cash drawer, process payments, and complete exchanges/returns per policy.
• Answer store phone calls, look up parts, quote prices, and suggest related items.
• Assist with daily store operations, stock, and image making/planogram updates.
