• Assist managers and installer service specialists for professional customers as needed.
• Provide excellent service to customers calling the store by answering calls, looking up parts, quoting prices and offering related items.
• Process exchanges and returns for credit following company policies.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Perform daily operational tasks including stock updates, shelving, and image maker planning.
• Operate store equipment after training and meet company requirements.
• Assist with in-store services such as installing wipers, testing batteries, and vehicle codes, where allowed by law.
