Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist in Gardner, MA to support the Store Manager and drive outstanding customer service. You will lead brand-focused sales, maintain showroom appearance, and manage store operations, potentially taking shift leadership in absences.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills.
Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
ASE Certification.
Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and execute related programs.
Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers, and DC add orders.
Handle special orders and outside purchases per procedure and ledger.
Ensure returns are processed and refunds issued using correct payments methods.
