Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts in Dracut, MA seeks a Retail Service Specialist to support store leadership in sales, customer service, and store operations. This role will assume shift management in the absence of store leadership and emphasizes delivering top-tier service to both retail and professional customers.

Qualifications include strong communication, RSS certification ability, and desirable automotive knowledge; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills and ability to lead store teams.
RSS Certification required or pursueable during employment.
Desirable ASE certification and multilingual capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
Supervise customer service levels in showroom and ensure program execution.
Answer telephone per company policy.
Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store transfers, and DC add orders timely.
Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently per procedure.
Process returns and exchanges accurately and invoices before merchandise leaves the store.
Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks as assigned.
Ensure adherence to posted work schedule and proper clocking in/out.
Perform opening/closing duties including money handling and security procedures.
