O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining store operations. This role will also assume shift management duties when managers are absent, and bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

The position emphasizes leading a team, managing service programs, and ensuring accurate processing of orders, returns, and stock.

Formación

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsabilidades

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels in the retail showroom and ensure team adherence to service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders promptly and inform customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently using the outside purchase order ledger.
• Ensure returns, exchanges, and refunds are processed accurately and merchandise is properly staged.
• Ensure all merchandise, including core charges and warranties, is invoiced before product leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Ensure team adherence to posted work schedules and proper clocking in/out.
• Perform store opening/closing duties, secure money/deposits, prepare bank deposits, ensure security systems, and check delivery vehicles.
