The role supports store management and encourages bilingual applicants to apply, with duties spanning greeting customers, assisting with part selections, and processing transactions.

Responsibilities include maintaining cash accuracy, handling exchanges, answering phones per policy, and performing daily store operations such as stocking, pricing, and image updates.

Formación

• Ability to deliver outstanding, friendly, professional customer service.
• Ability to multitask between in-store and phone customers.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.

Responsabilidades

• Greet retail customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Assist professional customers and installers as needed.
• Process cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
• Handle exchanges and returns per policy.
• Resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Perform daily store operations such as stocking, pricing, and image updates.
• Install wipers, test batteries, diagnose codes where permitted.
• Occasional deliveries as needed.
