Overview

Three positions within an auto finance company, starting August. Spanish-speaking candidates may receive a $0.50 hourly increase.

Positions

• Customer Care Representative
• Customer Accounts Representative
• Title Associate in Customer Service Support

Working Hours

• Customer Care Representative: Monday–Friday 8 AM–5 PM; one late night per week 9 AM–6 PM; one late Friday rotating every four weeks plus 1–2 Saturdays a month 8 AM–12 PM.
• Customer Accounts Representative: Monday–Friday 8 AM–5 PM; two late nights per week 11 AM–8 PM (not on Friday); 1–2 Saturdays a month 8 AM–12 PM.
• Title Associate in Customer Service Support: Monday–Friday 8 AM–5 PM; alternate shifts 7 AM–4 PM or 9 AM–6 PM.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from customers needing account assistance, payment information, title requests, and payment options.
• Manage light collections by calling customers with one missed payment (1–29 days past due).
• Support critical activities involving customer inquiries, dealership interactions, title processing, lien perfection, and coordination with state DMV offices.

Qualifications

• Entry level; no minimum years of experience required.
• Bilingual Spanish required; proficiency in English preferred.
• Experience in call centers, data entry, and auto finance is preferred.

Compensation

• $21.50/hr for candidates with less than 3 years of professional experience.
• $23.00/hr for candidates with more than 3 years of professional experience.
