Job summary

Mid-Atlantic Finance Company is hiring for a CSR/Admin in our Clearwater, FL location. The role involves outbound calls to introduce the company to customers, gathering and verifying information, updating records, and performing compliance audits.

Now Hiring! CSR/Admin for the Funding Departments

Total compensation $40,000 and up (with hourly rate and bonus)

$500 signing Bonus!

Location: Onsite in our Clearwater, FL location (Ulmerton Rd)

Summary:

We are looking for a confident self-starter who works well independently. Must have great attention to detail, be proficient with Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills and focused on deadline achievement. Previous call center and or office experience is preferred. Bilingual English / Spanish is desired but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outgoing calls to introduce the company to the customer
• Contact customers to gather information, complete verifications and update records
• Perform compliance audits completing corrections as needed
• Maintain electronic records and files, backing up completed work
• Build and create Excel spreadsheets
