Job summary

Loyalty MGA LLC is seeking experienced bilingual auto insurance adjusters to join our onsite team in Florida. You will handle claims across Bodily Injury, PIP, Property Damage, Appraisal, and SIU, determine coverage and reserves, and resolve claims with a focus on fairness and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of claims handling, are bilingual in English and Spanish, and possess or be willing to obtain the required adjuster license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of claims handling or intake experience required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Active insurance adjuster license preferred; must obtain and maintain as needed.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and assess auto insurance claims across Bodily Injury, PIP, Property Damage, Payment Adjustment, Appraisal, and SIU.
• Determine coverage, valuation, and exposure for claims.
• Resolve claims efficiently and fairly.
• Collect and analyze statements from involved parties.
• Maintain accurate claim reserves.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
