Responsibilities

• Investigate and assess auto insurance claims across segments (Bodily Injury, PIP, Property Damage, Payment Adjustment, Appraisal, SIU).
• Determine coverage, valuation and exposure for claims.
• Resolve claims efficiently and fairly.
• Collect and analyze statements from involved parties.
• Maintain accurate claim reserves.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
