Loyalty MGA in Miami is seeking experienced bilingual Auto Insurance Adjusters to join our onsite team. The role covers Bodily Injury, Personal Injury Protection, Property Damage, Payment Adjustment, Appraisal, or SIU, offering a path to advance in a dynamic environment.

You will investigate claims, determine coverage and reserves, and deliver fair resolutions while providing excellent service to clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of claims handling or intake experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and assess auto insurance claims across Bodily Injury, Personal Injury Protection, Property Damage, Payment Adjustment, Appraisal, and Special Investigation Units.
• Determine coverage, valuation, and exposure for claims.
• Resolve claims efficiently and fairly.
• Collect and analyze statements from involved parties.
• Maintain accurate claim reserves.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
