Loyalty MGA is seeking experienced bilingual Auto Insurance Adjusters to join our onsite team in Miami, FL. The role covers Bodily Injury, PIP, Property Damage, and more, with salary range of $45,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year. Onsite position with growth opportunities in a dynamic environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 6 months of claims handling, and bilingual English/Spanish proficiency. Active license preferred and must be maintained as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• 6 months of claims handling or intake experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Active license preferred; must obtain and maintain as needed.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and assess auto insurance claims across multiple segments (Bodily Injury, Personal Injury Protection, Property Damage, Payment Adjustment, Appraisal, SIU).
• Determine coverage, valuation, and exposure for claims.
• Resolve claims efficiently and fairly.
• Collect and analyze statements from involved parties.
• Maintain accurate claim reserves.
• Provide exceptional customer service to stakeholders.
