Job summary

Loyalty MGA is seeking an experienced bilingual Auto Insurance Adjuster to join our on-site team in Casselberry, FL. The role covers Bodily Injury, Personal Injury Protection, Property Damage, and other claim categories; performance will require determining coverage, valuation, and reserves while delivering fair resolutions and strong customer service.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, 6 months claims experience, and bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

6 months of claims handling or intake experience.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
Active insurance adjuster license preferred; must obtain if needed.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Investigate and assess auto insurance claims across Bodily Injury, PIP, Property Damage, Payment Adjustment, Appraisal, and SIU.
Determine coverage, valuation, and exposure for claims.
Resolve claims efficiently and fairly.
Collect and analyze statements from involved parties.
Maintain accurate claim reserves.
Provide exceptional customer service to stakeholders.
