Job summary

Loyalty MGA in Miami, FL is seeking experienced bilingual Auto Insurance Adjusters to join our onsite team. Responsibilities include investigating auto claims across Bodily Injury, Personal Injury Protection, Property Damage, and related units, determining coverage and reserves, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, at least 6 months of claims handling, bilingual English Spanish, a valid all-lines 6-20 license preferred, basic Microsoft

Qualifications

Bilingual in English and Spanish.
At least 6 months of claims handling experience.
High school diploma or GED.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Active insurance adjuster license preferred; must obtain as needed.

Responsibilities

Investigate and assess auto insurance claims across Bodily Injury, Personal Injury Protection, Property Damage, Payment Adjustment, Appraisal, and Special Investigation Units.
Determine coverage, valuation, and exposure for claims.
Resolve claims efficiently and fairly.
Collect and analyze statements from involved parties.
Maintain accurate claim reserves.
Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
