Victory Automotive Group is seeking a Bilingual Business Development Representative to join its team in a professional, customer-focused environment. You will manage inbound inquiries, schedule sales and service appointments, and collaborate with Sales and Service to meet customer needs.

Ideal candidates have prior related experience, strong administrative skills, and a pleasant, confident demeanor. Weekend availability is required, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• Bilingual.
• Available to work on the weekend.
• Previous experience in a similar position (administrative, clerical, call center, customer service, etc.).
• Working knowledge of the automotive industry a plus.
• Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor.
• Highly professional and dependable.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
• Reynolds and Reynolds experience a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Schedules all incoming sales and service appointment queries (phone or internet) by scheduling appointments and confirming pending ones.
• Coordinates questions and issues with the appropriate department personnel.
• Tracks sold vehicles and hot sheets.
• Confirms special order parts.
• Helps follow up with phone and internet sales leads.
• Manages all required paperwork and records and prepares documentation when needed.
• Provides administrative assistance as needed.
