Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in administrative, clerical, call center or customer service is preferred.
• Working knowledge of automotive sales/service is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage all incoming sales and service appointment queries (phone or internet).
• Coordinate questions and issues with appropriate departments.
• Track sold vehicles and hot sheets; confirm special order parts.
• Follow up with phone and internet sales leads; prepare documentation as needed.
