Toyota of Orlando is seeking a bilingual Appointment Setter to join our team. You will contact prospective customers in a high-volume call center to schedule appointments for our Sales team, supporting our sales efforts with strong phone skills and a goal-driven approach.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years customer service experience in an outbound calling environment.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior phone experience required.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish or Portuguese is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a minimum standard of outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Aim to transfer or set appointments for customers to visit the dealership.
• Answer sales calls and inquiries promptly and follow up with unsold customers.
• Adhere to lead management guidelines for each lead in the database.
• Respond to internet leads and inquiries and record interactions in the CRM.
• Other reasonable duties as may be requested.
