Job summary

aba360 is seeking a compassionate, patient home-based support worker to assist a teen with Autism. You will provide one-on-one support at home, applying evidence-based strategies to foster skills and independence.

The role involves coordinating with the family, supporting daily routines, and documenting progress. Fluency in Spanish and English is preferred, with flexible part-time hours and opportunity to gain ABA therapy experience.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with Autism in home, school, or similar settings is preferred.
• Bilingual: Spanish/English is preferred or required.
• Patient, compassionate, and reliable.
• Comfortable working independently in home settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support using evidence-based strategies to help the teen develop skills and independence.
• Support learning and daily routines in home sessions.
• Work closely with the family to maintain a positive and supportive setting.
