Job summary

aba360 is seeking a compassionate, patient professional to provide home-based support for children with Autism. You’ll work one-on-one with a teen, using evidence-based strategies to help develop skills and independence in familiar home settings.

The role involves supporting learning and daily routines during home sessions, recording progress, and collaborating closely with families to maintain a positive, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with Autism in home, school, or similar settings (preferred).
• Bilingual Spanish/English required or strongly preferred.
• Patient, compassionate, and reliable.
• Comfortable working independently in home settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support using evidence-based strategies to help the teen develop skills and independence.
• Support learning and daily routines during home sessions.
• Work closely with the family to maintain a positive and supportive setting.
• Accurately record progress and observations.
