Job summary

aba360 is seeking a compassionate, patient home-based support professional to assist a teen with Autism in New Jersey. The role emphasizes one-on-one support, skill development, and independence using evidence-based strategies within the family’s home.

You will work flexible part-time hours in home settings, document progress, and gain experience in ABA therapy and special education. Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred; reliability and independence are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with Autism in home, school, or similar settings (preferred).
• Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred.
• Patient, compassionate and reliable.
• Comfortable working independently in home settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support using evidence-based strategies to help the teen develop skills and independence.
• Support learning and daily routines during at-home sessions.
• Work closely with the family to maintain a positive and supportive setting.
• Accurately record progress and observations.
