Job summary

ABA360 seeks a compassionate, patient individual to provide home-based support for a teen with Autism. You will work one-on-one using evidence-based strategies to help develop skills and independence in the teen, with emphasis on learning during at-home sessions.

Responsibilities include collaborating with the family to create a positive environment and recording progress. This role offers flexible part-time hours and opportunities to gain experience in ABA therapy and special education.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with Autism in home, school, or similar settings.
• Bilingual Spanish/English.
• Patient, compassionate, and reliable.
• Comfortable working independently in home settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support using evidence-based strategies to help the teen develop skills and independence.
• Support learning and daily routines at home sessions.
• Work closely with the family to maintain a positive and supportive setting.
• Accurately record progress and observations.
