Job summary

aba360 is seeking a compassionate, patient professional to provide home-based support for a teen with Autism. You’ll use evidence-based strategies to help develop skills and independence in a one-on-one setting.

Responsibilities include supporting learning and daily routines during home sessions, collaborating with the family to maintain a positive environment, and accurately recording progress and observations. Bilingual Spanish/English candidates encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with Autism in home, school, or similar settings (preferred)
• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
• Patient, compassionate, and reliable
• Comfortable working independently in home settings

• Provide one-on-one support using evidence-based strategies to help the teen develop skills and independence
• Support learning and daily routines at home sessions.
