Job summary

aba360 is seeking a compassionate, patient, and reliable home-based support professional to work with a teen with Autism in a family setting. You will provide one-on-one support at home, using evidence-based strategies to help the teen develop skills and independence, while recording progress and observations for the family and ABA therapy team.

The role offers a flexible part-time schedule and opportunities to gain experience in ABA therapy and special education, with training and ongoing

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with Autism in home, school, or similar settings (preferred)
• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
• Patient, compassionate, and reliable
• Comfortable working independently in home settings

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support using evidence-based strategies to help the teen develop skills and independence
• Support learning and daily routines at home sessions
• Work closely with the family to maintain a positive and supportive setting
• Accurately record progress and observations
