Job summary

aba360 is seeking a compassionate, patient home-based support professional to work with a teen with Autism in a home setting. You will provide one-on-one support using evidence-based strategies to help develop skills and independence, while supporting learning and daily routines during home sessions.

Work closely with the family to maintain a positive environment and accurately record progress and observations.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with Autism in home, school, or similar settings (preferred).
• Bilingual Spanish/English required (or proficient).
• Patience, compassionate, and reliable; comfortable working independently in home settings.

Responsibilities
