Job summary

aba360 is seeking a compassionate, patient caregiver to provide home-based support for a teen with autism. You will conduct one-on-one home sessions, helping the teen develop skills and independence using evidence-based strategies, while coordinating with the family to maintain a positive environment.

The role offers a flexible part-time schedule and the opportunity to gain experience in ABA therapy and special education, all while making a meaningful impact on the teen’s daily life.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with Autism in home, school, or similar settings (preferred).
• Bilingual (Spanish/English).
• Patient, compassionate, and reliable.
• Comfortable working independently in home settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support using evidence-based strategies to help the teen develop skills and independence.
• Support learning and daily routines at home sessions.
• Work closely with the family to maintain a positive and supportive setting.
• Accurately record progress and observations.
