Job summary

aba360 in New Jersey is seeking a compassionate, patient home-based support professional to help a teen develop skills and independence through one-on-one ABA strategies. You’ll work in the family’s home with flexible part-time hours.

You will document progress, support daily routines, and collaborate closely with caregivers to create a positive learning environment. Bilingual Spanish/English candidates are preferred, with experience or interest in ABA therapy and special education.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with Autism in home, school, or similar settings (preferred)
• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
• Patient, compassionate, and reliable
• Comfortable working independently in home settings

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one support using evidence‑based strategies to help the teen develop skills and independence
• Support learning and daily routines at home sessions
• Work closely with the family to maintain a positive and supportive setting
• Accurately record progress and observations
