Job summary

aba360 is seeking a compassionate, patient professional to provide home-based support for children with Autism in New Jersey. The role focuses on one-on-one youth support and helping teens develop skills and independence in a home setting.

You will work closely with families, support daily routines, and record progress and observations, gaining exposure to ABA therapy and special education in a flexible part-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with Autism in home, school, or similar settings (preferred)
• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
• Patient, compassionate, and reliable
• Comfortable working independently in home settings

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one support using evidence‑based strategies to help the teen develop skills and independence
• Support learning and daily routines at home sessions
• Work closely with the family to maintain a positive and supportive setting
• Accurately record progress and observations
