Responsibilities

• Provide account servicing and open new accounts while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist clients with day-to-day transactions and use of digital banking tools like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to help clients achieve goals.
• Support branch operations and cash handling in line with bank policies.
