Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients.
• Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby flow, checking clients into the waiting queue, and scheduling/canceling meetings.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, showing empathy, and sharing product knowledge to help clients reach their financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices like the cash vault or ATM, in line with bank policies.
