Job summary

You will work as part of a branch team to build trusted relationships, educate clients on products, and ensure compliant operations while handling daily cash responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to greet clients and provide attentive service.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, create a welcoming environment, manage lobby flow, and schedule/cancel meetings.
• Open new accounts and provide account servicing while following bank policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to help clients achieve financial goals.
• Assist with branch operations and cash handling in line with bank procedures.
