Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Fluent reading and speaking English (and Russian) for this role.
• Ability to deliver attentive and friendly service and to build trust with clients.
• Ability to explain products and solve client issues with care and accuracy.
• Willingness to collaborate with branch team to meet financial goals.
• Experience in client service or similar role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients to create a welcoming environment and manage lobby flow using a tablet.
• Provide account servicing, maintenance, and new accounts while following policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Listen actively, ask questions, and share product knowledge to meet client needs.
• Handle branch operations, cash devices, and maintain adherence to bank policies.
