Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training is required.
• Assistant Manager Certification is required.
• RSS Certification is required.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired) is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom floor and ensure execution of service programs.
• Assist the store manager with staffing, training, and goal setting for team members.
• Participate in interviewing and recruiting to hire qualified team members.
• Ensure all transactions, returns, and transfers are processed efficiently and accurately.
• Oversee opening/closing duties, security, and store upkeep to maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
• Communicate store policy and ensure team adherence to schedule and attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
