O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to assist the Store Manager in driving sales, delivering outstanding customer service, and maintaining store standards. Qualifications
- Required: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification
- Desired: Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired)
Responsibilities
- Lead store team to deliver excellent customer service to retail and professional customers
- Supervise service levels at the retail showroom and ensure staff coverage during peak hours
- Assist store manager with hiring, interviewing and onboarding of new team members
- Ensure phone etiquette and process buy online/ship to store or transfers per policy
- Oversee cash handling, deposits and end-of-day procedures to protect assets
