Qualifications

• Requires Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification, and RSS Certification.
• Certified Parts Professional Certification and ASE Certification preferred.
• Spanish language fluency highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in delivering excellent customer service.
• Supervise customer service levels at the retail showroom and programs.
• Ensure adequate staffing during peak hours.
• Assist in setting goals, coaching, and training of team members.
• Participate in hiring and interviewing processes.
• Answer the telephone according to policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store and related orders.
• Manage outside orders and transfers efficiently.
• Ensure returns, refunds, and invoicing are proper.
• Oversee opening/closing duties and security.
• Maintain store building, parking lot, and equipment.
• All other duties as assigned.
