O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. The role includes leading the team, coaching staff, hiring participation, and ensuring efficient store processes.

Qualifications

• Required: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.
• Desirable: Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure staff coverage during peak hours.
• Assist the store manager in hiring, coaching, and developing team members.
• Perform opening/closing duties, including money handling and bank deposits.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and process buy online/ship to store and other transfers.
