Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification required.
• Certified Parts Professional Certification and ASE Certification preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish or other languages highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to provide excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise showroom customer service programs and staff execution.
• Support staffing, goal setting, coaching, and training.
• Participate in hiring processes and interviews.
• Assist in opening/closing, cash handling, and security measures.
• Ensure timely processing of orders and transfers; communicate arrivals.
• Maintain store appearance, equipment, and signage; ensure policy compliance.
