Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training and Assistant Manager Certification completed.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom and programs.
• Ensure store staffing during peak hours and manage shifts.
• Assist in hiring by interviewing and selecting qualified team members.
• Ensure all buy online/ship to store and transfers are processed timely.
• Assign tasks and coach team members to meet goals.
• Perform opening/closing duties and secure money/deposits.
